추가서류에 20년전 (2000년) 에 미국 살았다는 증거를 내라는데
미국 들어 올때 받은 비자 도장이랑 i-94 는 있는데
제일 처음 만든 운전 면허증이랑 유틸리티 빌 같은거는 없는데 어떻게 하는게 가장 좋은 방법 일까요?
은행은 2001년에 오픈 했어요
그거라도 좀 일찍 했으면 좋으련만 후회하고 있구요
지금 DMV 가서 라이센스 레코드를 떼 볼까 알아보고
있는 중이에요. 이외에 혹시 좋은 아이디어가 있을까요?

8. 한국에서 송금받은 적 있으면 한국의 은행에 문의해서 뽑고

위에 쓰신 분들 답변 훌륭합니다. 당시 사정을 아는 사람들을 찾아서 진술서 (affidavit) 를 받아서 제출하면 인정받을 수 있습니다. 진술서 샘플 첨부하니 참고해보세요. 싸인하는 사람은 은행에 가서 공증인 앞에서 이 서류에 싸인을 하면 되겠습니다. affidavit 은 공증인 앞에서 싸인을 했기 때문에 법적인 효력을 인정받을 수 있습니다. 아래 샘플은 그냥 골격이고 여기에 적절한 내용을 넣으시면 되겠습니다.

KUMSOON CHOI, being duly sworn, deposes and says:

1. I make this affidavit in support of the above-captioned matter. More specifically, I submit this document to testify about this person’s presence in the United States.

2. I am a resident of Illinois. I am the owner of a business called “Spirit of Seoul Hair Salon” whose address is 231 Lakewood Avenue, Lakewood, IL 00004. Mikyung Park was one of our customers since she came to the United States, and therefore, I know her very well.

3. Both my husband and I personally know her and her family very well since 1999 (when she came to the United States) not only from my business but from the fact that we went to the same church, and it is my pleasure and honor to execute this affidavit, as her friend and fellow church member.

4. To the best of my knowledge, Ms. Mikyung Park lived in the United States from 1999 until now. More specifically, she lived in the city of from 1999 to 2001, and she lived in the city of from 2001 to date.

5. As far as I know, she is a law-abiding person, and I stand behind her with full support about her good character as a citizen. I am a Christian, and I am telling the truth.
