One more thing, as a condition for the green card,  you now need to be on the payroll for the petitioner. As discussed previously, the green card is conditioned on the job offer. To obtain pay stubs at this point will help you to eliminate any future issues with US immigration when it comes time to file for US citizenship or when you travel overseas. Noted you need at least 3-6 months to be on the payroll.

payroll에 있어야 한다는 얘기는 회사의 정직원으로서 원글님의 샐러리가 공식적으로 회계처리되어야 한다는 얘기구요. 그 증거로 paystub를 가지고 계셔야 합니다.
