▣ Position: System Engineer (middle level engineer)
▣ Responsibility
-Contribute into the maintenance of the Voice Control platforms, including troubleshooting application log files and development activities
-Participate into customer product integration activities
-Participate into the Design and development of software tools using Java language
-Participate into the planning and risk analysis of the support activities
-Participate into the documentation of support and operational processes
-Knowledge sharing and cross-training of team members
-May require to travel to support customer production sites
▣ Requirements
-Strong software/system troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
-Strong communications and customer support skills
-Hands on experience on Microsoft Windows and Linux server operating systems, SQL database server
-Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must
– Korean is needed for communications with Korean clients to identify their requirements. Except that, English is a primary language to be spoken
-Experience as system(network) admin preferred (Cisco Network licenses will be a big plus but not required)
-Experience as application & system programming preferred (but required)
–Basic Java design and software development
