집 구입시 질문 ,오파 어찌 넣나요?
물론 지금 거래중인 리얼터 분은 믿지만요
일단 지금 집을 구입 해야 하는 시기도 망설여지고
구입 하려는 집들 학군도 중간 급이고 집 상태는17년 되었는데 집이 새로이 집안 물건들을 교환 도 안 했으며 고칠 곳은 딱이 없지만요 경우에,
오파 가격 보통 가격 낮추나요?아님 우선 높이는지요?
마음에 드는 집 거래 순서나 방법 조언 좀 해 주세요..

Check Comparative Analysis of similar houses on sale,in escrow and recently sold.
Tour as many houses as you can.
You will get to have ability to estimate the price in the neighborhood.
I would write slightly lower than the listing price.
For example, listing price is 325,000.
I would write 315,000 or 320,000.
But if it is strong seller’s market and multiple offers are expected, you could write 325,000 or even 330,000 if you really love the house and don’t want to lose it to somebody else.
