어제 집을 보고 왔는데요.터마이트 리포트에 이렇게 써있는데.. 이게 구입을 포기할 정도로 심각한 건가요?터마이트 예상 비용은 $15,000불 나왔고 셀러가 페이하는거어요.어떤 사람은 터마이트 집은 무조건 포기하라고 하고, 또 어떤 사람은 터마이트 없는집은 없으니 잘 콘트롤하면서 살면 된다고도 하고…집은 한 30년 된 집이에요.Subterranean Termites:ITEM 1 Subterranean termite infested and fungus-infected cellulose debris noted atop substructure soil.RECOMMENDATION: R emove and dispose of all cellulose debris of a size large enough to rake.Also see Item #2 of this report.****** This is a Section 1 Item ******ITEM 2 There is evidence of Subterranean termite infestation noted in the subarea or concrete slabfoundations.RECOMMENDATION Brush down all visible termite tubes through out. Rod and chemically treatthe soil adjacent to all foundations an supports with IMaxx Pro to prevent the spread of theinfestation. It may be necessary to use a banspray application around the foundation and supportposts where soil conditions will not permit rod applications. Where concrete slabs adjoin or rununder these walls or supports those areas will be drilled, the chemical application completed, andthe holes filled with cement mortar. Where any finished floors are over the slabs, carpets will bepulled back and loose laid after treatment, ready to be restretched by others. Any finished floorsmay be defaced by the drilling. Reasonable care will be taken to locate and prevent damage ofany underground pipes/lines or foundation tension rods. However, should damage occur, it willbe up to the owner to contact an appropriate tradesman for repairs and pay for the same.Owner will have to move all stored articles to make room for the treatment to be performed andto move them back when treatment is complete. Note There may be concealed damaged in theinner areas from this infestation.
