3순위 신청자로 이사에 따른 주소 변경을 하는데요.

미국 체류기간의 예상되는 종료시기 를 ‘월/일/연도’로 입력하는 항목이 있는데,현재 I-485 Pending 중이라  N/A 나, ’00/00/0000’이라고 입력해도 아래 자막만 나오고, 더 진행이 안되고, 빈칸으로 남겨도 마찬가지고요.

 “If not a Permanent Resident, my stay in the US expires on (month/day/year) is invalid”

가장 마지막 미국 입국 날짜를 입력하라는 답변이 계셨는데, 체류기간이 끝나는 시기를 입력하라는 질문이라  어찌할지…?

직장란도 빈칸으로 놔두는게 안되서, 현 거주 주만  선택하고, zip code는 ‘00000’으로 하면 안될까요? 주 선택란에 AA, AE, AP가 나오는데 무슨 말인지요?

일단 USCIS 사이트의 AR-11 guide는

에서 확인하실 수 있는데요, 이 guide에도 시민권자/영주권자가 아니면서 case pending중인 경우에 대해서는 다음과 같이 나와 있습니다.

Customers Who Are Not U.S. Citizens or Legal Permanent Residents of the United States:
• If You Have a Case Pending With USCIS:
If you have filed any application or petition with us, and it is still pending a decision, you should keep us informed of any change of address so you can get any notices or decisions from
us. You can now do this electronically on our website for most
applications and petitions at the same time you electronically complete your Form AR-11. Filling out the electronic Form AR-11 is only the first step. We will ask you for some information about your pending case. Please have the following information available:
– Your receipt notice or other notice we sent you showing
your receipt number;
– Your new address;
– Your old address;
-The names and biographical information for the person or persons for whom you have filed;
-When you last entered the United States (if you cannot remember, please fill in an approximate date); and
-Where you last entered the United States (the port of entry you entered – land, sea or air).

실제 AR-11 입력 페이지에 보시면 체류기간의 종료 시기는 필수 입력 사항이 아니므로 비워둔 채로 진행하셔도 되지 않을까 합니다.
(앞부분의 A# 입력란이 있으니까, A#로 USCIS가 확인할 수 있지 않을까…하는 생각도 해 봅니다만…)

JH님 감사합니다. 예전엔 필수 입력사항이 아니면 비워놔도 다음으로 진행이 됬는데, 최근에 변경되었는지 비워놔도 다음으로 진행이 되질 않네요. 어찌해야 할지 답답하네요….
