BOA internet banking 에 들어가면 바로 “request a credit line increase” link가 있는데요?
“Your account performance and credit status will be used as factors in our decision for a credit line increase on your personal account. This request will not result in an inquiry to your credit report unless you are notified that it is required, and the decision will not have any impact on your credit history.” 라고 나오네요.

자기들이 자기 어카운트 스테터스만 가지고 올려줄 수 있는 리밋이 있고요, 님이 그것보다 높은 리밋을 요구하면 (즉 현재 어카운트 스테터스만 가지고는 더 이상 어카운트 리밋을 올리수 없을 때), 크리딧을 조회할 수 있습니다.
