Production Engineering (보전) Supervisor
The Hot Stamping Press Maintenance Supervisor leads maintenance activities for hot stamping presses, robotic systems, and related production equipment. This position is responsible for equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, technician supervision, and minimizing production downtime.

주요업무
Troubleshoot and repair hot stamping presses, PLCs, robots, sensors, electrical circuits, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on press and automation equipment.
Install, configure, modify, and maintain robotic and peripheral systems.
Diagnose equipment failures and minimize production downtime.
Fabricate and repair fixtures, jigs, guards, and equipment components.
Review production schedules and work orders to plan maintenance activities and assign tasks.
Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance technicians.
Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
Estimate labor, materials, and repair costs.
Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

자격요건
Relevant experience in press, automation, or manufacturing equipment maintenance.
Strong knowledge of PLCs, robotics, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Experience leading or supervising maintenance technicians.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.

우대사항
Hot stamping press maintenance experience.
Automotive manufacturing experience.
Experience with industrial robots and PLC-controlled production systems.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and equipment reliability improvement.
Welding, machining, or fabrication experience.
