Production (생산) Specialist
The Production Specialist coordinates and supports the flow of production work, labor, and materials within the production department. This position reviews production and staffing schedules, monitors production progress and labor performance, maintains operational records, and coordinates with supervisors and other departments to meet production, quality, cost, and delivery requirements.

주요업무
Distribute production schedules and work orders to production staff.
Review production schedules, work orders, staffing plans, and material requirements.
Monitor production progress, throughput, labor hours, costs, and operational issues.
Coordinate with supervisors to assess progress and identify necessary changes.
Revise production schedules due to labor or material shortages, design changes, backlogs, or other interruptions.
Coordinate with internal departments and customers to resolve production issues and delays.
Monitor work processes, materials, and products for accuracy and compliance with specifications.
Record production output, raw material usage, labor data, and quality results.
Calculate labor, material, manufacturing cost, and production requirements.
Support production planning based on sales forecasts, customer demand, and operational priorities.
Maintain accurate production, staffing, and performance records.
Perform all work in compliance with company safety procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

자격요건
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
Minimum one year of manufacturing or production experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to identify errors and inconsistencies in production data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work effectively with production employees, supervisors, and other departments.
Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

우대사항
Experience in automotive parts manufacturing.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean or Spanish.
Experience with production scheduling, labor planning, or manufacturing data reporting.
Knowledge of production processes, quality requirements, and continuous improvement.
