## Position Summary

The Production Specialist / Assistant Manager supports daily manufacturing operations by coordinating production activities, monitoring performance, and working with cross-functional teams to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and delivery targets.

## Responsibilities

* Support and coordinate daily production operations.
* Review production schedules, work orders, manpower, and production requirements.
* Monitor production output, cycle time, downtime, productivity, and quality performance.
* Identify production issues and coordinate corrective actions with related departments.
* Support manpower planning and production scheduling based on operational needs.
* Analyze production data and prepare daily and periodic reports.
* Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Production Control, and Engineering teams.
* Support process improvements, productivity initiatives, and cost reduction activities.
* Maintain production records, work instructions, and related documentation.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.

## Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field required.
* Entry-level candidates and candidates with relevant manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.
* Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

## Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing.
* Experience in production operations or manufacturing engineering.
* Knowledge of hot stamping, press operations, or automotive body parts manufacturing.
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement.
* Basic knowledge of PLCs, robotics, automation, or manufacturing equipment.
* Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean or Spanish.

## Salary Range

To be determined based on experience and position level.
