Production / Production Control (생산/생산관리) Specialist
The Production & Production Control Specialist supports daily production operations and production planning activities. This position coordinates schedules, manpower, materials, production progress, and performance data to ensure safe and efficient manufacturing operations.

주요업무
Distribute production schedules and work orders to supervisors and team members.
Review production requirements, staffing, materials, and equipment availability.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules based on shortages, delays, or backlogs.
Coordinate with Production Control, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
Monitor production processes for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with specifications.
Record and analyze production output, material usage, labor hours, downtime, and quality results.
Support supervisors in resolving production, staffing, and scheduling issues.
Assist with labor, material, and manufacturing cost calculations and forecasts.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and workflow.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

자격요건
No prior professional experience required; relevant manufacturing experience preferred.
Basic understanding of production operations, scheduling, inventory, and quality control.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

우대사항
Automotive or high-volume manufacturing experience.
Experience in production, production control, or manufacturing planning.
Experience with ERP, MES, or production management systems.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Fluent in Spanish
