The Production & Process Specialist supports daily manufacturing operations and process improvement activities. This position monitors production performance, analyzes process issues, and works with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to improve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Support daily production operations and monitor production performance.
Review production schedules, work orders, manpower, and process requirements.
Monitor cycle time, downtime, throughput, quality, and production efficiency.
Identify production and process issues and support corrective actions.
Assist with process improvement, standardization, and productivity initiatives.
Analyze production data and prepare operational reports.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering departments.
Support equipment, tooling, and process trials or production changes.
Maintain process documentation, work instructions, and production records.
Support continuous improvement and cost reduction activities.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field required.
Entry-level candidates or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Internship or prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
Automotive manufacturing experience.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement.
Basic knowledge of PLCs, robotics, automation, or manufacturing equipment.
Experience with production data analysis or process documentation.

Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000 per year
