Production Control(생산관리) Specialist and Sr. Manager
The Production Control Specialist / Senior Manager is responsible for production planning, scheduling, material requirements, inventory control, and coordination with warehouse, purchasing, production, and logistics teams. This position ensures that materials and production resources are available to meet operational requirements, customer demand, and shipping schedules.

주요업무
Review production requirements, work orders, and schedules to plan materials, labor, and resources.
Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand, inventory, and capacity.
Monitor raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods inventory.
Coordinate production planning, purchasing, warehouse, and logistics activities.
Review work and purchase order exceptions and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate material orders, vendor deliveries, and shipping schedules.
Track production progress and resolve scheduling or material issues with supervisors.
Prepare production and inventory reports and support process improvements.
Support cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

자격요건
Specialist
No prior experience required.
Manufacturing, production planning, logistics, or inventory experience preferred.
Basic Excel and analytical skills.

Senior Manager
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
Experience leading production planning, inventory control, materials, or logistics functions.
Strong leadership, ERP/MRP, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

우대사항
Automotive manufacturing experience.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and high-volume production.
Fluent in Spanish
