Production Engineering (보전) Supervisor – 금형 (Die/Mold)
The Mold (Die) Maintenance Supervisor leads maintenance and repair activities for hot stamping molds (dies) and related tooling. This position is responsible for mold quality, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, technician supervision, and minimizing production downtime caused by tooling issues.

주요업무
Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hot stamping molds (dies) and related tooling.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on molds, fixtures, and tooling components.
Diagnose mold-related defects, production issues, and abnormal wear.
Perform mold spotting, fitting, polishing, grinding, welding, and component replacement.
Coordinate mold changes, repairs, and maintenance activities with production and quality teams.
Review production schedules and work orders to plan maintenance activities and assign tasks.
Supervise, train, and evaluate mold maintenance technicians.
Maintain accurate mold maintenance, repair, and service records.
Monitor spare parts and tooling materials and request replacements as needed.
Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and maintenance standards.

자격요건
Relevant experience in stamping mold (die), tooling, or manufacturing equipment maintenance.
Knowledge of mold construction, repair, fitting, welding, machining, and troubleshooting.
Ability to read tooling drawings, specifications, and measurement results.
Experience leading or supervising maintenance technicians.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.

우대사항
Hot stamping mold (die) maintenance experience.
Automotive manufacturing or metal stamping experience.
Experience with large transfer, tandem, or progressive molds (dies).
Welding, machining, grinding, polishing, and mold spotting experience.
Knowledge of dimensional inspection and precision measuring tools.
Experience with preventive maintenance and tooling lifecycle management.
