EB2 (NIW)로 I-140/I-485/I-765/I-131 동시 접수했는데요.
저와 제 배우자 I-485에 대한 것만 이렇게 이멜통보가 왔구요.
I-140은 LUD는 오늘날짜 업데이트, 여전히 pending이고
나머지 서류는 변동이 없네요.
원래 I-140이 먼저 승인이 나는걸로 아는데요.
이런경우 어떻게 되는건가요?
곧 나머지 서류들도 승인이 될려나요?

6/24: I-485 에 관한 email (승인이 맞는거지요?)다음주에 여권을 갱신하러 갈 예정이었는데,
이 경우는 그럼 거주여권이 되는건가요?
카드를 받지 않은 상태에서도 거주여권으로 처리가 되는건지요?그리고 배우자가 현재 F-1 비자인데,
곧 I-20가 만료되어서 연장하려고 서류준비중이었습니다.
일단 이건 연장하는게 맞는건지,
아니면 실질적인 카드를 받지 않았더라도
영주권승인으로 간주되어 상관이 없어지는건지 궁금합니다.
영주권 승인이 될 경우 F-1의 경우 어찌되는지 모르겠네요.도움글 부탁드리겠습니다.
