원글님 Motion to reopen(or appeal)하신 서류들을 지금 심사한다는 말입니다. 이전엔 그냥 pending이라는 말만 있었죠? 그런 서류 받았고 대기중이란 말이고, 지금 원글님 어필 서류를 재심사 한다는 말입니다. 곧 결과가 나오겠네요.

이미 작년에 승인이 난 케이스인데, 이제와서 다시 reopen한 것입니다. 얼마전에 layoff됐는데 그것과 연관이 있는게 아닐까요?

아마 회사에서 layoff사실을 이민국에 통보한 듯…

그럼, 140은 작년에 승인 났고, 485 접수도 2년 전에 했는데 485 pending에는 지장이 없을까요? 485 RFE 나올 확률이 많겠네요.
