h1일때 ssn을 받았고

지금 영주권을 받았는데

소셜 오피스에 가서 ssn을 바꿔야 하나요?

Social number itself does not change even when you get your green card after H1B. But you can see a note on your current H1B SSN, saying “not for working ….” (not sure exact sentence, but something like that). You can issue a new SSN card without this notice after the green card. But eventually, no difference.
But you may need to inform HR about your status update from H1B to greencard holder.
