=> Not totally true. It depends on the location. A good house in a decent location is easily priced around 500K ~ 700K these days.
Of course 200K ~ 300K priced house or townhouse/condon is also possible.
but normally not in a decent location or it won’t be a really nice place to live.
200k-300k is possible in the upper area of Duluth for decent residential area.

It would be very hard in Buckhead and popular areas in alpharetta with 200k-300k.
