의사로 부터 받은 영주권 신체검사의 유효기간은 얼마나 되나요?
이 사이트 검색해보니, 2년이다, 1년이다, 혹은 18개월이다, 여러 의견이 있던데 어느 것이 정확한 것인가요?

신체검사의 유효기간은 원래 1년이 맞지만
최근 몇년간 이 유효기간을 I-485 승인 때까지 계속 연장해 주는
한시적 임시 정책을 매년 발표해 오고 있습니다.

물론, 내년에는 이런 임시 정책이 없어지고
정상적인 1년 유효기간을 적용할지는 알 수 없지만,
법률회사에서 이정도 설명도 해주지 않는 것은 문제가 있어 보입니다.

Due to the continuing backlog of some adjustment of status applications, the validity of the civil surgeon’s endorsement on Form 1-693, when submitted in support of an adjustment of status application, is extended until the time of adjudication if no Class A or Class B medical condition is certified by the civil surgeon. This policy will be in effect until January 1, 2010.
