얼마전에 J-1 Au pair care 로 일하는 태국인 여자친구와 결혼을 하게 되었습니다.
현재 와이프를 H-4로 신분 변경을 하기 위해 서류를 준비 중입니다.
물론 2년 본국 거주 의무는 없습니다.
그런데 제 와이프 I-539 에서 헷갈리는 부분이 있네요.
제발 경험있으신 분들의 도움 부탁드리겠습니다.

=> 제 H-1 만료가 2010년 10월인데 이 날짜까지만 적으면 되는 건가요? 물론 전 올해 3년 더 연장할 예정이거든요.

2. Is this application based on an extension or change of status already granted to your spouse? No or Yes

3. Is this application based on a separate petition or application to give your spouse an extension or change of status? No or Yes, if yes, filed with this I-539 or previously and pendint with USCIS

4. If you ansedted “yes” to question 3, give the name of the petitioner or applicant.

=> 2,3,4 번 질문이 도통 무슨 뜻인지를 잘 모르겠네요.
