■ 업무내용 :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Data Analyst with advanced Excel proficiency to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business data, solving complex calculation problems, and providing actionable insights to drive decision-making.
1. Analyze large data sets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights
2. Design and maintain dynamic Excel reports, dashboards, and tools
3. Build and troubleshoot formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and conditional logic
4. Solve calculation problems using advanced Excel techniques (e.g., arrays, Power Query, Power Pivot)
5. Prepare visualizations and summaries to support operational and strategic initiatives
6. Collaborate with operations, finance, and sales teams to support business goals
7. Validate and clean data for accuracy and completeness
8. Assist with automating recurring reports or processes
9. Document methodologies and ensure repeatability of analytical processes

■ 자격요건 :
– 학사 이상 (수학, 통계 등 유관 전공자 우대)
– Microsoft Excel 고급 활용 능력 필수(VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, 중첩 IF 함수, Pivot Table, Data Validation, Macro 등 포함)
– Amazon Business Analytics 경험 보유자 우대 (연봉 상향 조정 가능)
– 수학적 이해도가 높고 뛰어난 수리 및 계산 능력을 갖춘 분 우대
