I am married to US citizen. 이라는 조건은
영주권자가 그 영주권을 결혼 당시 시민권자인
배우자와 결혼해서 받았을 경우만 해당되는 것인가요?

영주권을 어떻게 받았는지는 상관 없습니다. 영주권자로서 시민권자인 배우자와 3년간 같이 살면서 결혼생활을 유지했으면 됩니다.
