자기전에 이 메일을 체크했는데.. 꿈쩍도 안하던 I-485가 움직였네요.

근데. 이게 승인인지 아님 결정하기전에 보내는 레터인지?

솔직히 전 대란때 접수이후로.. 아직 I-140도 승인 안났고..

485가 접수된 회사도 더이상의 수입이 없는 상태에서

다른 회사에서 H1B를 받아.. 아직은 AC21 레터도 안 보냈거든요.

 

아래와 같이 나왔네요.

On December 1, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer’s new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before receiving your card, please call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

During this step the formal decision (approved/denied) is written and the decision notice is mailed and/or emailed to the applicant/petitioner. You can use our current processing time to gauge when you can expect to receive a final decision.

참고로 status는 ‘Decision’ 입니다. 많은 승인 나신분들은 ‘Post Decision Activity’로 알고 있는데…

i know … if it’s true… i just can’t belive…
(but also it say
“or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice”)

제가 보기엔 영주권 승인 났다에 한표요,, 현재 영주권 제작과 마지막 process 뭔가가 남긴 했지만 곧 올듯요,,
전 영주권 받을때 까지도 status 변화가 없더니 영주권 받고 한 1주일 있다가 업데이트 되던걸요,,
내용으로 봐선 영주권 발급 절차가 진행중인걸로 보이는데요,,

저도 이런 메시지 받고 몇일 후에 영주권 날라 왔습니다. 축하드려요~

원글님 이런 편지가 이메일 에도 똑같이 왔나요?
저도 어제 확인해보니 이메일에도 오고 웹사이드에decision이라고 나옵니다

카드 및 welcome notice 를 발송했다는 내용입니다.
3일 후에 카드 도착합니다 에 100만불 겁니다.

위에 승인나신 분들은 pd 언제 이신지요?
