한국에서 F1으로 미국에 입국하여 E-2로 변경후 다시 한국으로 돌아갈려고 합니다.

 

한국에서 다시 학생비자를 다시 신청하여 입국하려 하는데 문제가 없을지 궁금합니다.

 

미국에서 체류신분 변경(F1->E2) 후에는 f1를 다시 승인 안해준다는 얘기사 있어서

 

아이들 교육 때문에 반드시 들어와야 합니다.

 

부인과 2자녀가 있습니다,

Has your request for the change of status (F1 to E2) been approved? If so, you are no long in the F status (a visa stamp on your passport is NOT necessary for your current non-immigrant status). Therefore, do not try to enter with your old F visa.

If you plan to apply for your new F visa with a fresh I-20 in Korea, it would be a different story…
