내년초에 샌프란 다운타운의 직장으로 옮기게 되었는데 80-90만불 정도의 집구입을 계획중입니다..괜찮은 동네 추천 좀 부탁드립니다.. 초등학교 학군과 다른 기타조건도 고려사항이구요, 3배드정도면 좋겠는데요..

I don’t think you can find 800K-900K 3-bedroom single house in Millbrae or Burlingame. You need at least 1M. Anywhere in Peninsula is unaffordable. (with 800K-900K)

It is not possible to commute from San Ramon. Walnut Creek bart is the nearest station. Not practical.

로렐하이스쿨 is in San Francisco. Admission is only through a competitive selection. Very difficult.
