Senior Attorney (In-House Counsel) – Bilingual (Korean/English)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Attorney (In-House Counsel) to join our legal team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated legal professional with 10–15 years of experience who is fluent in both Korean and English and can effectively support a dynamic, multinational business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements
Ensure compliance with applicable U.S. laws and regulations
Support business units with risk assessment and mitigation strategies
Manage outside counsel as needed
Assist with corporate governance and internal policies
Handle employment, litigation, and general corporate legal issues as they arise

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
10–15 years of relevant legal experience (law firm and/or in-house)
Fluency in both Korean and English (written and spoken) required
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $130,000 – $150,000, commensurate with experience
