WINDS could not start due to a missing or corrupt database.,
Restore the database using WIND Manager(or winscl.exe found in the
Windows 2000 Resourse Kit) and restart WINS.
If WINS still does not start, begin with a fresh
copy of the data base.

To do this;
1) Delete all teh files in the %SystemRoot%\system32\WINS directory.
NOTE; If the WINS database file(typically names wins.mdb) is not
in teh above directory, check teh registry for the full filepath.
Delete the .mdb file.

NOTE; If jet*.log are not in the above directory, check the registry
for teh directory path, Delete all log files.

2) Restarts WINS.

LOG화일을 지우려고 시도했는데 어떤거는 다 지워지지 않고요

다시 부팅 이런 메시지가 계속 나오네요.
