Qualifications
• 제조업 설비 보전 경력 10년 이상
• 기계/전기/PLC/유압 설비 이해도 보유
• 도면 및 매뉴얼 해석 가능
• 로봇(화낙) 티칭 및 설비 경험자
• 미국 근무 결격 사유 없는 자

Key Responsibilities
• Manage quality standard documentation records and maintain ISO/TS 16949 compliance
• Oversee comprehensive management of production engineering and facility operations
• Develop and execute equipment investment plans
• Plan and manage equipment relocation projects
• Establish and oversee equipment commissioning plans
• Develop equipment maintenance and improvement plans
• Implement predictive maintenance strategies
• Manage machinery efficiency improvement initiatives
• Plan and conduct regular equipment inspections
• Procure and manage spare parts inventory
• Provide on-call maintenance support for night shifts

우대사항
• 자동차 부품 제조공장 근무 경험
• PLC(ls xgt 등) Trouble-shooting 가능자
• 로봇(Fanuc, nachi 등) 설비 경험
• 전기/용접/기계 관련 자격증 보유
• 영어 기본 의사소통 가능자
