wage survey 후 생각 보다 낮은 연봉이 나와서, 변호사에게 지금 이거 EB-2 진행하는거 맞냐고 물어봤더니 답변이 이렇게 왔습니다.“Yes, the application will be EB-2. But we can’t say for sure whether you can fie the I-140 and I-485 together because we have to see whether a visa is available at the time of filing.”
EB-2는 전부 I-140, I-485 같이 들어 가는 걸로 알고 있는데, 이게 무슨 뜻인지…
