– 스티어링 시스템관련 지식을 가지고, 넥스티어나 보쉬등과 Application Engineer 업무를 봐주실분을 찾습니다.
– 한국 본사가 Quality 와 PM 팀이 연결되어있어, 기타 NA 고객들의 Quality와, Program Management 관련 보고업무도 같이 해주시는게 메인 업무가 되겠습니다. (대략 AE 가 40%, QE/PM 업무가 각 30% 로 예상됩니다.)경력은 7년이상인 분들을 원하나, 조금 적으시더라도 지원해주시면, 검토를 요청해 보도록 하겠습니다.

Role and Responsibilities:
– This positions has three hats and features, Application Engineer (mainly, Steering customers, such as Nexteer, BOSCH and ThyssenKrupp), Customer Quality Engineer to support to the all NA customers, and Program Management, reports direct to the Head (Director) of PM in Korea, and dot line reports to Head of Quality and Head of R&D.
– As work balance, 40 for application, 30% for quality & 30% for Program management.
– As a lead engineer, collect information from customers and analyze to understand their business and their technical needs.
– Support development program in engineering field.
– Respond to customer questions and troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical problems that arise during development and after SOP.Basic Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, mechanical engineering preferred
– +7 years’ minimum Auto industry experience as Application Engineer and Customer Quality Experiences
– Experience in steering, chassis, suspension ball joint technology is preferred.
– Understanding design validation process and test method
– Understanding cost structure derived by design and manufacturing element
– Understanding product development process fit for internal and external standard (APQP)
– Knowledge of root cause analysis for quality matterAdditional Qualifications: Strong external customer experience and internal communications
– Lead the customers technically, focusing on the technical facts by objective analysis.
– Travel required to Korea for a 2-3 week training session. Meet with key team members to learn products & work culture.
– Excellent communication skill in both Korean and English
– Overall interpersonal skill
