저는 오레곤에 작년에 왔는데 집을 사려고 알아보고 있습니다. 그런데 제가 이전에 살던 주들에 비교해서 이상하게 오레곤의 집들은 같은 sq ft으로 나왔있는데도 작게 느껴졌습니다. 기분 탓인가 심었는데 zillow 에 보니 이런 내용이 있더군요.

This can add considerable square footage to the home.제가 이전에 살던 주에서는 건물 기둥이나 벽을 제외하고 안쪽의 실제 면적을 에이전트가 직접 측정해서 리스팅에 올렸거든요. 그런데 아마도 여기 오레곤에서는 그냥 건물 청사진의 면적을 이용하나 봅니다.이게 합법적인가요? 뭔가 법이 없나요?
