전 결혼해서 아내와 같이 미국에 들어와서 공부를 하고 있는 중이랍니다.
그런데 여름 quater break 하면서 가을에 등록하기로하고 다른 준비 때문에 어학원 등록을 하지 않았는데.. 어학원에서
“I am writing to inform you that on 10/27/2009 we terminated your SEVIS immigration record; the reason for the termination is “Failure to Enroll” since you have not yet enrolled in our Autumn Quarter or contacted us about a change in your plans (such as needing to return to your home country).

If you are in the US, you are currently considered “out of status” and are required to depart from the US immediately (or risk removal from the US). ” 라고 하더군요..
그런데 이번에 아내가 한국에 들어갔다가 12/16일 이후에 들어올 예정인데..제 I-20 expire date가 12/11 까지로 되어있더군요..
제가 이번주 12월 1일에서 6일 사이에 다른 어학원에 어플라이를 할 생각이랍니다. 그럼 I-20의 문제와 아내가 미국에 들어오는 때에 문제가 없는지요..
해결방법에 대해서 문의 드립니다.
