제 이웃에 사시는 아주머니께서 저에게 딱한 사정을 이야기하셔서
제가 대신 질문을 드립니다.
조그마한 세탁소를 하셨지만 장사가 몇년동안 잘 안 되어서..
그냥 그냥 입에 풀칠만 하시고 사신것 같습니다.
바쁘시기도 하고 힘도드셔서 4년 정도 개인텍스 보고를 안하셨답니다.

이번에 하시려고 하시는데…. 어떻게 하면 좋을까요?
변호사를 사야 하나요? 아니면 CPA로 끝낼 수 있나요?
벌금이나…이자는 얼마나 붙나요?

세탁소에서 가져오신 돈은 기껏해야 일년에 3만불이 안될껍니다.

어디서 부터 실마리를 풀어야 할찌… 저 조차도 막막해서

She has to consult with CPA ASAP.
4 years penalty and interest may be significant and she has to act as soon as possible before IRS began to work on the case. If she was doing the business as Schedule C, there may be issues for self employment taxes. She has to so something right now to avoid any other serious problems.
