Position Summary:
Responsible for ensuring that all shifts in Molding and Assembly meet or exceed customer requirements.
Responsible for confirming that all shifts conform to company policies and procedures.Essential Functions of Position:
• make sure that all personnel on all shifts are adhering to company safety rules and regulations
• responsible for ensuring that all company policies and procedures are being followed and disciplinary actions taken for failure to adhere
• ensure that personnel requirements are available to all machines as scheduled
• responsible for ensuring that all associates on each shift are trained properly by the Supervisor and Team Leader
• responsible for making sure that each shift competes production documentation correctly and places in office at end of their shift
• responsible for contacting the General Manager and HR Manager in case of an accident requiring external medical assistance
