오늘 담당 변호사로 부터 RFE 메일을 받았습니다.
PD: AUG/2005 RD: AUG/2007 입니다
이 서류를 보고 서류 준비를 다한후 만나자고 하는데 무슨 서류를 어떻게 준비해야 하는지 전혀 모르겠어요
제 변호사와는 전화통화는 거의 불가능하고 오로지 영어로만 이메일을 받기 때문에 제 영어 수준으로는 물어볼수도 또한 답장이 온다해도 해석할수도 없는 상황입니다

고수님들 부탁드립니다

1. Copies of both sides of your Form I-94 arrival/entry Document;

2. Copies of both sides of your Form I-20A-B/I-D(F-1 students and dependants);

3. Copies of both sides of your Form IAP-66/DS-2019(J-1 exchange visitors and dependdants);

4. Copis of any Form I-797 approval notice of action;

5. Copies of the pages in your passportwhich show U.S Visas, Service admission stamps or other endorsements to include the passport identity pages;

6. Copis of any and all Employment Authorization Documents(EADs) issued to you by this Service.

… 위에 문장이 이해 안되면서 미국생활 하시려면 참 고생이 많으시겠습니다.

단순히 필요한 서류를 앞뒤로 복사해서 보내라는 문장인데 특별히 해석할 것도 없습니다.

1. Copies of both sides of your Form I-94 arrival/entry Document;

입출국 기록인 I-94 의 앞뒤면 복사본

2. Copies of both sides of your Form I-20A-B/I-D(F-1 students and dependants);

만약 학생 (F-1비자)인 경우, 입학허가서(I-20A)와 기혼인경우 입학허가서(I-20B) 두사람것 모두 앞뒤면 복사본 동반 자녀가 있을경우 자녀의 것도 앞뒤면 복사본.

(만약, 학생 신분이시라면, 영어 때문에 학교 생활하시기 정말 힘드시겠네요.)

3. Copies of both sides of your Form IAP-66/DS-2019(J-1 exchange visitors and dependdants);

만약 교환 방문자(J-1 비자)일 경우 IAP-66/ DS-2019 (당연히 학교나 기관에서 발급해주었을테죠?) 앞뒤면 복사본

4. Copis of any Form I-797 approval notice of action;

만약 I-797 승인 증명이 있다면 복사본.

5. Copies of the pages in your passportwhich show U.S Visas, Service admission stamps or other endorsements to include the passport identity pages;

본인의 여권 복사본, 입국 비자가 찍힌면과 입출국을 증명할만한 스탬프가 찍힌면, 다른 중요한 정보가 있는면, 그리고 본인의 신원이 기록된 면(이름, 사진 여권번호가 있는면).

6. Copis of any and all Employment Authorization Documents(EADs) issued to you by this Service.

만약 취업허가서를 받았다면 취업허가서 복사본 전부.
