암튼 그래서 답장을 준비했는데.. 영어가 좀 짧아서..

I do not agree to pay balance with Joe Bryson Heating & Air
First, Joe Bryson Heating & Air did not finish their job as promised. Obiously, They could not fix Air conditioner unit, I had to call other companies. Other companys’ bill verified that unit filter and coils were dirty – attach #5, #6. They did not do the cleaning job either.
Second, Joe Bryson Heating & Air quoted me $1200 for fixing and cleaning air-conditioner unit before they start working. That is why I signed blank bills – attach #1, #2, #3. Actual contact made by other managers so they can verify it. Even if they had fixed it, $1200 would have been overcharged amount because the other company which actually fixed unit charged me $405 including parts($85) – attach #4, #5.
Third, They delayed their job so much, that cost more to my business. The weather was really hot those days last year. Many customers complained and left without eating. I contact them May 21st 2004 and they still could not fix it until June 17th 2004. They kept promising to come, and never came. Other company fixed it at first visit. It they could not fix it, they should have told me and backed off like anther company did – Gene Wright – , then I could call another comapany early, I could minimize demage to my business.
I did not file complaint because I assume they knew their problem. I did not expect that they want money for doing nothing and damage my business.
