    Hi,
     
    I am from South Korea and in the US with H1B visa. If I would like to set up an offshore company and make money, would it be illegal or not? Is this problem in processing green card? I would like to know if it is possible to own an offshore company residing in the US with H1B visa.

      외국(한국)회사를 차리시겠다는건지요? 미국에서 사업채를 차리신다는 건지요…

      외국에서 그냥하면 미국서 알바가 아니고요. 미국서는 사업체를 차리려면 오히려 H1B신분에서는 힘들 듯 합니다.
