전 결혼해서 아내와 같이 미국에 들어와서 공부를 하고 있는 중이랍니다.
그런데 학교에서 이런 메일이 왔더라구요. 확인해보니..
“I am writing to inform you that on 10/27/2009 we terminated your SEVIS immigration record; the reason for the termination is “Failure to Enroll” since you have not yet enrolled in our Autumn Quarter or contacted us about a change in your plans (such as needing to return to your home country).

If you are in the US, you are currently considered “out of status” and are required to depart from the US immediately (or risk removal from the US). ” 라고 하더군요..
그런데 이번에 아내가 한국에 들어갔다가 12/16일 이후에 들어올 예정인데..제 I-20가 terminated 되었다고 하네요..
일단 다른 곳에서 I-20와 SEVIS를 새로 발급받아 놓고
저도 한국에 들어갔다와야 하는 일이 생겨서..
아내도 이번에 들어와야 하는데..어떻게해야 하나요..
