Position Summary:
The Production Manager is responsible for ensuring that all shifts in Molding and Assembly meet or exceed customer requirements. The Production Manager is responsible for confirming that all shifts conform to company policies and procedures.

Essential Functions of Position:
• make sure that all personnel on all shifts are adhering to company safety rules and regulations
• responsible for ensuring that all company policies and procedures are being followed and disciplinary actions taken for failure to adhere
• ensure that personnel requirements are available to all machines as scheduled

• responsible for ensuring that all associates on each shift are trained properly by the Supervisor and Team Leader
• responsible for making sure that each shift competes production documentation correctly and places in office at end of their shift

• responsible for making sure that all shifts meet customer requirements
• responsible for contacting the General Manager and HR Manager in case of an accident requiring external medical assistance
