Company Description:Clean & Science is a
manufacturer of filtration media and completed goods based in S. Korea. Our US
sales office was established in 2009, offering complete components to various
industries including HVAC, gas turbine, and automotive filtration. Our business
is growing year over year through N. America and we are currently seeking
talent to assist us in continuing this trend.Description:The Sales
Coordinator/Administrator (SCA) is responsible for assisting the Sales Manager
in establishing new business and developing existing clients in the completed
components market, specifically HVAC, automotive, gas turbine, air
purification, and other custom applications. The SCA must be comfortable with
prospecting and the sales cycle including cold calling, meetings, and
presentations. Job duties of the SCA will also include clerical work related to
the sales order process including fulfillment of RFQs, RFPs and POs. Candidates
will show exceptional organizational and project management skills with a keen
attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Ability to multi-task and work
independently is a must.Primary Responsibilities:
Clerical support
for sales cycle processes including RFQs, RFPs, POs, and order fulfillment
paperwork·
Maintain and
update a database of qualified leads and prospects through phone/e-mail/direct
mail correspondence and other channels
Assist Sales
Manager in uncovering and developing new client relationships and opportunities
as well as in communicating with the head office in Korea.
Facilitate sales
of Clean & Science finished goods products (see website) to distributors
and manufacturers in specified markets (HVAC, cabin air filters, air
purifications systems, gas turbines, and custom applications)
Perform market
analysis for clients’ applications including marketability, competitor
analysis, market segment, distribution, etc.Additional Responsibilities:
Facilitate and
support meetings with prospective customers
Provide
assistance for trade shows, seminars, and conferences
Assist in writing
and editing sales and marketing materials including presentations, articles,
brochures, product information, website, etc.
Provide
assistance and support to the Sales Manager for various marketing assignmentsDesired Characteristics:
Highly organized
individual with strong prioritizing and project management skills
Comfortable with
sales cycle (prospecting, cold calling, proposals, and closing)
Independent and
driven self-starter with ability to meet deadlines with ability to grasp new
concepts quickly
Ability to
interact and cooperate with fellow employees and maintain professional internal
and external relationships that meet core company values
Strong
communication/presentation skills – oral and written
Exceptional
organizational and project management skillsQualifications:
2+ years
experience in B2B sales, preferred
Proficiency in MS
Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Bilingual –
English/Korean preferred but not mandatory
Travel: 10-20%
within United States
College graduateSalary: (USD)
35,000/year Salary depends on
experience.
