Contract: 1 year + extension or direct hire opportunity

주요 업무:
• 시스템 구축 및 비즈니스 프로세스 개선 프로젝트 지원
• 비즈니스 요구사항 분석 및 데이터 분석·시각화·자동화
• 프로젝트 일정, 산출물, Action Items 및 진행 상황 관리
• 내부·외부 이해관계자 및 다양한 부서와 협업
• 프로젝트 이슈, 리스크 및 주요 결과 보고 및 커뮤니케이션
• 비즈니스 분석 자료, 보고서 및 프레젠테이션 작성
• 데이터 및 프로세스 기반의 개선 기회 발굴 및 솔루션 실행 지원

자격 요건:
• Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering 또는 관련 분야 학사 학위
• Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Business Consultant 또는 Process Improvement 관련 5년 이상 경력
• 한국어/영어 Bilingual 필수
• 프로젝트 및 프로그램 관리 능력 및 멀티태스킹 능력
• 뛰어난 Business Analysis, Strategic Thinking 및 Problem-Solving 능력
• 다양한 부서 및 이해관계자와 원활하게 소통할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 능력
• 빠르게 변화하는 환경에서 우선순위를 관리하고 독립적으로 업무를 수행할 수 있는 능력
• Microsoft Office, 특히 Excel, PowerPoint, Word 활용 능력
• Data Visualization, Automation 및 Analytics Tool 경험 우대
• Office 근무 가능 및 최대 10% 출장 가능자

Key Responsibilities:
• Support system implementation and business process improvement projects
• Analyze business requirements and perform data analysis, visualization, and automation
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, action items, and project status
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Monitor and communicate project issues, risks, progress, and key results
• Prepare business analyses, reports, presentations, and other project materials
• Identify opportunities for data- and process-driven improvements and support solution implementation

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Business Consultant, or Process Improvement professional
• Korean/English bilingual proficiency required
• Strong project/program management and multitasking skills
• Excellent business analysis, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to manage priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience with data visualization, automation, or analytics tools is a plus
• Ability to work in the office and travel up to 10%
