■ 근무내용 :
• The MT Technician shall troubleshoot issues, repair failures of production and facilities equipment, and ensure maximum equipment efficiency and effectiveness.
• PM activities are keys to Company’s maintenance team success. During times not in direct repair of equipment, MT Technician shall perform preventative, predictive, and other activities that also includes routine maintenance tasks to support minimizing of production downtime.
• Other support activities include cleaning, organizing, and sweeping of work area. Work also includes welding, forming, and fabrication of required fixtures, shelving, and other tools and materials as necessary to meet department needs.
• Weekend and holidays are essential in completing tasks and preventive maintenance activities.
• All tasks will be performed while supporting the policies, goals, and objectives of the company. Overtime is an expectation based on workload and equipment repair requirements.
• The job scope of this position involves all related activities in support of the Maintenance Dept that includes: keeping clean of work area, completion of necessary paperwork and checklists, and any other activity requested by department team leader, supervisor, engineer and manager.
