Position Title: Maintenance Engineering Operator

General Responsibilities:
• Equipment Maintenance:
• Troubleshooting:
• Repair & Replacement:
• System Monitoring: Monitor equipment performance using diagnostic tools and control systems to detect early failure signs.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, part replacements, and equipment performance data.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with production and engineering teams to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting operations.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability for routine and emergency repairs.
• Energy Efficiency: Participate in energy management programs by optimizing equipment settings for energy-efficient operation.
• Training: Provide technical training to new team members and colleagues on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.

Qualifications:
• Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in machinery and electrical systems maintenance and repair.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, PLCs, and control systems.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Safety Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of industrial safety regulations and procedures.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills for working effectively with team members and explaining issues clearly.
• Work Environment Adaptability: Ability to work in shifts and respond flexibly in emergency situations.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in machinery maintenance, electrical work, or related fields are preferred.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in the maintenance environment.

Stipend: $20 (야간 근무시 $30)
Working Hour: 4팀 2교대 2W2O3W2O (W: Work, O: Off), 4 team 2 shift each 12 hours
