Your state and local GENERAL sales tax를 근거로 deductible 하려면 Sales 전반의 영수증을 그 근거로 record해 놓아야 하는 불편함?이 있습니다. (2). 만약 Your state and local INCOME tax가 Your state and local GENERAL sales tax 상한선 (capped at $10,000 Joint return)보다 높다면 Your state and local INCOME tax로 deduction 하는것이 더 좋다고 봅니다. (3). 한편 Your state and local GENERAL sales tax나 Your state and local INCOME tax를 바탕으로 deduction 하는 것보다 Standard deduction 금액인 (joint return $27,700)로 하면 더 큰 금액을 공제받을 수도 있겠습니다.
