Name * Password * Email The HOA is making the 8/1 <strong>tax</strong> payment--> 변호사가 텍스라고 하니 당연히 재산세라고 추정하신것 같습니다. 그러나 HOA 도 organization 이기에 (profit 이던 not-for-profit 이던), 주정부에 등록되어 있고 회사로서 텍스보고 (1120 or 1120-H)를 해야 합니다. 현재 변호사가 tax 라고 말한 부분은 이때 납부해야 하는 텍스를 말하는것 같습니다. 즉, 어떻게 보면 HOA fee의 일부분 이라고 보시면 됩니다.
