no fees, no closing fees이면 정말 좋은 딜 같은데요. 혹시 loan amount가 어느정도 되나요?

저는 이번에 $580,000을 30yr fixed refinancing 했는데 3.0% with no closing fee 이었어요. loan amount가 작으면 더 낮은 APR을 받을수가 있다고 하네요.
