National interest would not be served if the petitioner is required to obtain a labor certificate - 불인정 특히 3번과 관련해서, beneficiary's skills do not appear to be so unique that they could not be articulated on a labor certification 이라고 하므로, 위의 예로 든 교수님의 추천서 같이, 내가 하는 일은 labor market testing 해서 minimally qualified 된 사람 구한다고 할수있는 일이 아니다, 이런식으로 설명 한 것이구요. 뭐 제가 부족해서 그러겠죠. move on 합니다.
