Austin Branch – 14028 US-183 Bldg G, Ste 330 Austin, TX 78717[Key Responsibilities]
Branch Operations and Leadership
• Supervise branch employees and ensure efficient daily operations.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide guidance and training to improve service quality and productivity.
• Ensure the branch complies with all bank policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Oversee cash management, transaction accuracy, and branch maintenance.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
• Prepare and submit required reports, including the Monthly Branch Certification.
Business Development and Customer Relations
• Lead marketing efforts to acquire new deposit and loan customers.
• Build and manage relationships with clients to promote bank products and services.
• Monitor and manage branch performance metrics to meet business goals.
Branch Security Officer Duties
• Implement and maintain branch security and safety programs.
• Identify and control potential safety hazards.
• Conduct staff security training and ensure adherence to safety guidelines.
BSA/AML Compliance Coordinator Duties
• Oversee the implementation of BSA/AML compliance programs and ensure all related reporting requirements are met.
• Review and approve Currency Transaction Reports (CTR) and OFAC results.
• Conduct enhanced due diligence for high-risk customers and monitor their account activities.
• Coordinate Customer Identification Program (CIP) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
• Conduct business site visits for high-risk clients and prepare reports.
• Review and report suspicious activity (SAR) forms to the Compliance Department.
• Conduct regular compliance training sessions for branch staff.[Qualifications]
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations, operations, and compliance (including BSA/AML).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-pace
