Business Development and Customer Relations • Lead marketing efforts to acquire new deposit and loan customers. • Build and manage relationships with clients to promote bank products and services. • Monitor and manage branch performance metrics to meet business goals. Branch Security Officer Duties • Implement and maintain branch security and safety programs. • Identify and control potential safety hazards. • Conduct staff security training and ensure adherence to safety guidelines. BSA/AML Compliance Coordinator Duties • Oversee the implementation of BSA/AML compliance programs and ensure all related reporting requirements are met. • Review and approve Currency Transaction Reports (CTR) and OFAC results. • Conduct enhanced due diligence for high-risk customers and monitor their account activities. • Coordinate Customer Identification Program (CIP) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. • Conduct business site visits for high-risk clients and prepare reports. • Review and report suspicious activity (SAR) forms to the Compliance Department. • Conduct regular compliance training sessions for branch staff.
