    HR Assistant-Immigration
    Location: Torrance, CA

    Responsibilities:
    Immigration & Visa Administration (Primary)
    – Coordinate end-to-end visa and immigration processes for employees coming to the U.S. from overseas and those transitioning within the U.S., including J-1, H-1B, L-1, and employment-based permanent residency (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3).
    – Track and monitor visa status, expiration dates, work authorization, and eligibility (I-9, EAD, visa validity, extensions, amendments).
    – Prepare, organize, and maintain visa-related documentation, petitions, contracts, invoices, and correspondence in both electronic and physical filing systems.
    – Serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing communication with external immigration counsel, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate information exchange.
    – Support weekly and monthly visa processing cycles, case status tracking, and internal reporting.
    – Conduct basic research on immigration regulations, USCIS updates, and publicly available legal guidance to support internal reference materials (no legal advice provided).
    – HR Administration & Cross-functional Support

    Coordinate meetings, calendars, and communications related to visa cases and HR operations.
    – Support HR projects such as system implementations, policy updates, and process improvements.
    – Provide Korean–English translation and interpretation support for visa and immigration documentation, including job samples, job duties, and related materials, to support immigration petitions and regulatory compliance.
    – Assist with HR reporting, data tracking, and preparation of presentations (Excel / PowerPoint).
    – Perform additional HR administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

    Qualifications:
    – Prior experience as an Immigration Legal Administrative Assistant, or law firm support staff in an immigration or employment-based practice is strongly preferred.
    – Hands-on experience coordinating visa cases and working with external immigration counsel is a plus.
    – Strong understanding of employment-based immigration processes and documentation (non-legal, administrative focus).
    – Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation management skills.
    – Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    – Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
    – Familiarity with HRIS/ERP systems and Microsoft Outlook preferred.
    – Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    – Professional working proficiency in both Korean and English.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    Full-Time
    Base salary: $65,000 – $85,000
    Standard company benefit as below

    Part-Time
    Hourly Rate: $27 – $40
    Eligible for health insurance

    Hybrid schedule available (remote eligible after training; on-site presence required at least once per week)

    HR Operations Payroll Specialist
    Location: Torrance, CA

    Responsibilities:
    – Process end-to-end, high-volume payroll processes under deadlines while maintaining accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced environment.
    – Perform detailed Overtime Analysis to identify trends, monitor labor costs, and ensure compliance with FLSA and state-specific overtime laws.
    – Identify inefficiencies in current payroll/time-tracking workflows and propose process improvements to enhance operational speed.
    – Ensure accurate documentation and processing of bonuses, shift differentials, and other complex compensation components.
    – Handle payroll tax compliance by staying updated on federal, state, and local tax regulations and employment laws.
    – Generate and support HRIS reporting related to payroll and workforce data for internal audits and management needs.
    – Assist with onboarding and offboarding, specifically focusing on payroll setup and final pay processing (including PTO payouts).
    – Maintain and update employee records in HRIS, ensuring data integrity and compliance across all payroll-related fields.
    – Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, timecards, and HR policies in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
    – Manage multi-state payroll administration, ensuring awareness of state-specific requirements and changes.
    – Support general HR operations as needed, including HR documentation management, employee data audits, and administrative HR tasks.

    Qualifications:
    – 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a dedicated focus on payroll administration.
    – Working knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws related to payroll.
    – Direct experience with ADP Workforce Now is required.
    – General understanding of HR processes, including employee records management, compliance, and HR operations.
    – Experience working with HRIS databases, data accuracy, and reporting.
    – Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Functions: LOOKUPS, PivotTables, etc.)
    – Professional working proficiency in both Korean and English.
    – High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with discretion.

    Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per Salary, depending on experience.

    HR Generalist
    Location: Phoenix, AZ

    Responsibilities:
    – Partner with business leaders across assigned regions to identify workforce needs and support strategic hiring plans, including candidate evaluation and interview process management
    – Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and pre-employment processes (background checks, documentation)
    – Serve as a primary point of contact for staffing agencies, driving performance management, vendor alignment, and continuous improvement of recruiting outcomes
    – Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance, consistency, and positive employee experience, including new hire orientation and exit interviews with actionable insights
    – Review and audit employee timekeeping records to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations, escalating discrepancies as needed
    – Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Safety, Operations) to implement and reinforce workplace safety programs and compliance initiatives
    – Support benefits administration, including employee enrollment guidance and issue resolution in coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders
    – Act as an HR advisor by responding to employee and manager inquiries on HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring consistent interpretation and application
    – Contribute to HR process improvements and regional HR initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement
    – Perform other duties as assigned in support of HR and business objectives

    Qualifications:
    – Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
    – 1~3 Years of work experience in Human Resources preferred.
    – Demonstrated understanding of employment laws and regulations.
    – Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
    – Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
    – Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    – Fluency in Korean is required.

    Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 per Salary, depending on experience.
